Clinical Assistant Wanted
We are seeking a Dispensing/Clinical Assistant/Technician.
Applicants for full or part time will be considered.
The successful applicant will ideally need to have lots of computer experience, along with great communication and customer service skills to ensure all our patients have a pleasant journey through the practice.
Your tasks will include but not limited to:
Booking appointments
Understanding NHS eligibility
Processing payments
Taking digital images of the eye for assessment by optometrist
Assisting with frame and lens selection
Adjusting spectacles and minor repairs
