The plan costs just £12.00 a month for a minimum of two years and is available to all patients.

All the supplementary examinations involved in the Loyalty Plan can be paid for separately should you not wish to join the plan.

• 3D OCT scan
• Ultra-wide Retinal Image Optomap (wide field retinal photo)
• Full visual field assessment
• DVLA visual assessment
• Extra appointments – excluding specialist clinics e.g. dry eye and myopic control
